Often times we are too busy thinking about the future that we forget to live in the present. I finally realized this after many years of working in the Silicon Valley, holding various high tech positions. My art is about teaching myself to live in the moment. By being present, I have a greater sense of gratitude for life that shows up within my uplifting and colorful art. My style is contemporary and playful, a bridge between abstract and impressionism. I am told by my collectors and followers that they get a sense of happiness and positive energy from my paintings.
My exploration of art started when I painted my first oil painting with my Mom at the age of thirteen and never stopped painting after that. I am an intuitive artist meaning I paint my feelings and life experiences. I have lived in different parts of the world (Iran, France, US) and have travelled to many countries. This cultural experiences also influence my colorful paintings.
I am married and have two wonderful grown up sons. I cherish spending time with family and friends and making new friends. When I am not painting you’ll find me outdoors hiking, gardening and exploring the world while unknowingly nourishing my imagination to paint more.
