Kevyn
Warnock was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, where
she attended the University of Utah. She graduated with a
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis on drawing and
painting.
After a long hiatus, Kevyn returned to her painting in 1989.
She studied at the College of San Mateo under Adam Schnitzler,
who introduced her to landscape painting. She later studied
with Marguerite Fletcher, who has generously shared with Kevyn
her exploration and love of the landscape.
Kevyn has shown her work widely throughout the Peninsula as
well as achieving acceptance in several major Bay Area shows
and national competitions. She has received numerous first
place prizes and has had several one person shows. Her paintings
are collected by corporations and many private collectors.
