Photography
I
constantly see fascinating and extraordinary images all
around me. We
usually don't notice it, but we are surrounded by them.
My aim is to capture some of the mystery and joy of ordinary
life and hold it up for all of us to consider.
I
have a small studio in downtown Palo Alto where I teach,
provide photo services for artists, and where I produce
and print my images. I am interested in color, texture
and simple graphic compositions. I use digital technology
to capture, edit, and print my images because of the feedback
and creative control it provides. All of my prints use
the highest,
archival quality inks and papers.
My only means of letting go is to have faith in the process.
